The laboratories perform all the necessary analyses on raw materials and on finished products derived from production processes:

  • Laboratories' chemical and biological analysis on raw materials, semi-processed products, and final products in the brewing field;
  • chemical and biological analysis on other food products (wine, oil, bread, pasta, products coming from animal production, etc.);
  • certification of the Quality Management System in compliance with the norm UNI EN ISO 9001, and the accreditation as a laboratory operating in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 17025 (Laboratory n. 0754).


Quality Control of Lab Performance:

  • proficiency test on malt (MAPS), corn gritz (IFBM), beer (BAPS), beer microbiology (BAPSm) and Sensory on Beer (BAPS);
  • An internal standard or certified standard is used for the development of the Shewart Control Chart.
